• First you have to install oracle database and oracle client. I'm using Oracle Database 10g Express Edition and Oracle Client 10g Express Edition.

 Please pass on my message to your respective sections that students who are doing Data Oriented Projects e.g. Expert Systems should save there data in DB e.g. Oracle, mySql etc. I will not accept their projects with out DB interaction.

Term Paper First Assignment --- Database

You have to write introduction and related work of your topic and submit it on next Thursday 17th March 2014.
If anyone knows something more about that Plz comment.

The related work is I think the work that has been done and that is currently being performed in the field.

Embedded Systems - MicroProcessor Simulation Submission

You have to submit CPU simulation on this Friday and Saturday. After that there will be no credit for that assignment.

AI Lab Term Project Ideas

Here are the instructions Sir Aasim sent:

Term Project:

    Develop an application that is related to artificial intelligence. The application can be of any of following areas.

1. Expert System e.g. Medical Diagnostic, MYCIN
2. Computer Vision e.g. Image Recognizer, OCR
3. Natural Language Processing e.g. Text Translator (Among Two Languages)
4. Speech Recognition
5. Intelligent Agents e.g. Tourist Guiding
6. Intelligent Game like Chess
7. Any other AI domain.

Note: 

1. Groups up to four persons are allowed
2. Need to submit the project till last week of semester
3. Need to submit proposal (template attached) till 15th April (for boys it is 18th April)
4. Need to submit final documentation along with final implementation (template attached)
5. This will be the most weighted part of the AI (Lab), so give your 100% to it as failing in this might result in failing in AI-Lab
