Final DD Project Presentation And Documents

Your Final DD Project Presentations will include following
1. Final Project Report (Background, Introduction, Problem Statement, Objective, Goals, Literature Survey, Your Work/Methodology, Case Study, Experiments, Observations, Conclusion, Future Improvements, References)
2. Presentation (7 to 10 mins for full group, Each member should present, Presentation will include short introduction and problem statement, your proposed architecture, improvements and live demo)
3. Hard form of your report
4. Hard form of your code
5. Screenshots of working product
Note: Students will also be judged based on their professional behavior, dressing and code of conduct. Students failing to present on their dedicated slot wont be given second chance. Anyone planning his/her absence on presentation days should sign an application from Dr. Maud. Till then no excuse is accepted.
Following dates are possible for your final DD project presentations.

Project Weight-age will be counted both in your theory and lab. So kindly work hard on it.

Attach screenshots of the test bench waveform incorporating all the instructions currently implemented in the code.

Code a system that takes two four bit inputs. Add them via full adder. Pass the sum and carry to BCD and represent them on seven segment display.
Forced Withdrawal: WF
Forced Withdrawal:
A student registered in a subject may not be permitted to continue due to shortage of attendance or other disciplinary action. Such students shall be awarded a “WF” (Forced Withdrawal) grade. It shall appear in the transcript as such, and shall not be used in computation of GPA. Subjects repeated after forced withdrawal shall not be suffixed with a “R”.
A maximum of 32 credit hours may be allowed to be withdrawn, with a "W" grade, by a student during the entire duration of study for a Bachelor's degree. "WF" grade shall be counted as "W" grade for the purpose of this allowance

DD Project Proposal
Assalam Alaikum,
Project proposal submission date is 6 April, 2015.
Maximum members: 2
Project should be related to Digital Design.
Verilog is not necessary. Any Hardware description language can be used.
Some Examples of projects may include
Parallel processing machines,
Pipelined processing machines.
Master Slave architecture machines
Improvements in RISC architecture etc.

Proposal: Two pages minimum (with no extra line spacing or font of paragraphs greater than 12)
